Dreamboat Willie!


I remember being called "Dreamboat Wille" in grade 4 for not paying attention in class. The teacher led me around the classroom by my ear as an example! At that time daydreaming was a way for me to imagine possibilities and futures. Now, daydreaming is understood as an essential prelude to inspirational ideas. Perhaps it was my teacher who should have been led around by the ear for failing to recognise and support creativity!
