After the devastating floods in Queensland last week comes the clean up. A useful metaphor at the moment - after the inundation of the GFC comes the recovery. Time to clear out what is no longer useful and prepare for the new. But of course it can never be fully restored to the way it was. Recovery represents a new kind of normal. Yet, it also presents new opportunities to see life differently, perhaps even better than before.
